How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive 7–15 days after you order. The estimated delivery date for each product is shown on its product page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown on the product page and at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.
Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered when it reaches your local post office. Wait a day or two, check with your post office, then email us and we'll help.
Can I change my address or order after checkout?
Email us as soon as possible at brissleco.official@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.

Returns & guarantee
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Every product comes with a money-back guarantee. The guarantee period is listed on the product page. Email us within that period and we'll refund you in full.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
